Made (& eaten) while in California. I got the idea from this – Bite Sized? Count me in. These were yummy & so refreshing to eat. The cherry tomatoes flavor paired with the fresh basil was just delightful. & the ratios weren’t stingy like you often see when you order Caprese Salad in restaurants. A great way to ‘share’ salad…
Not as sturdy as the Bite Sized Greek Salad referenced above. Cubed feta really stands better than bocconcini, I guess.
